The landing page presents drawdown behavior, modern-era results, walk-forward observations, documented misfires, model diagnostics, and survivability context. Protected portfolio routing and proprietary decision logic remain undisclosed.

The landing shows the canonical public posture after weekly confirmation. The Terminal can surface a provisional EARLY SIGNAL sooner. That early state can change before weekly close and does not replace the confirmed public directive until confirmation is complete.

Analytical views can disagree. A favorable valuation, liquidity, narrative, or momentum observation does not automatically authorize deployment. Governance can delay or constrain risk until broader evidence is coherent enough.

Its implementation is proprietary, but its observable behavior is not intended to be opaque. Public posture, replay, execution assumptions, historical evidence, model diagnostics, adverse outcomes, limitations, and governed version behavior remain inspectable. M.A.I.C. publishes model-derived market states, portfolio-risk references, and research classifications. The current service does not use an individual's finances, goals, holdings, or risk tolerance to generate user-specific portfolio instructions, and it does not execute trades.

Market state, broad portfolio direction, masked topology, replay, and public historical evidence.

Exact model-reference allocation weights, system asset qualification, rejected candidates, protected portfolio logic, and deeper historical reconstruction.

Live state is the source of truth. Replay is historical context and never overrides current market conditions.

Specific assets and velocity-ranked candidates can become executable intelligence, so they remain protected.

No fixed calendar authorizes deployment. Cycle context is one input inside changing market structure, liquidity, capital flow, volatility, rotation, and risk. Historical BTC sampling is evidence context - not the live decision clock.

STANDBY is the no-new-deployment model state. Existing model structure can remain in place; STANDBY does not mean automatic liquidation or custody in a risk-free stablecoin.

Material revisions belong to a new governed model state. Historical directives and designated forward records are not retroactively rewritten simply because later outcomes are known.

Incomplete, stale, or unavailable telemetry degrades the public state and can constrain deployment. M.A.I.C. shows degraded evidence instead of synthesizing missing market facts.
