PRIVACY · CURRENT SERVICE POLICY
Privacy Policy
This Policy explains the personal and browser-local information handled by the current Alpha Crypto Intelligence / M.A.I.C. public site. It applies to the service described here and does not describe separate services that are not part of the current public site.
1. Information the current site handles
| Category | Current examples | How it arises |
|---|---|---|
| Access-review information | Contact vector (email or Telegram ID), allocator context, crypto decision/governance need, requested tier, page/language context, timestamp, and policy acknowledgement/version. | You submit the review form. |
| Public market-state requests | The public pages request public-safe M.A.I.C. state from the backend. Normal network metadata such as IP address, request time, user agent, and error/security logs may be processed by hosting/network infrastructure. | Your browser loads the public site or public Terminal. |
| Browser-local state | Cached public state and UI preferences such as whether an AI-review nudge has already been shown. Protected development access may use a session-scoped browser credential when explicitly configured by an authorized developer. | Stored in your browser to support the interface. |
Do not submit wallet seed phrases, private keys, passwords, government identifiers, financial-account credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive data through the review form.
2. Why the information is used
- to review and respond to an access or mandate inquiry;
- to route the request to the relevant access class/context;
- to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the public website and backend;
- to preserve browser-local UI continuity and short-lived public-state caching;
- to maintain records reasonably necessary to handle the request, security issue, or legal obligation.
We do not currently operate advertising profiles or a sale-of-personal-data program in the source reviewed for this release. If that changes, this Policy must be updated before the new use is introduced where required.
3. Legal basis and choice
Applicable privacy law can require a lawful basis for processing. Review information is provided because you ask Alpha Crypto Intelligence to evaluate or respond to your request; where consent is required, the form provides a clear acknowledgement of the current Privacy Policy. Other limited processing may be necessary for service security, operation, compliance, or other lawful interests as permitted by applicable law.
You are not required to submit a review request to use Class 01 Public Research.
4. Browser storage; no advertising-cookie stack detected
The current landing source uses browser localStorage for public-state caching and limited UI state. The protected development Terminal may use sessionStorage for a development credential when an authorized developer explicitly sets one. The reviewed landing source does not contain Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, PostHog, Mixpanel, or a comparable advertising/analytics tracker.
Browser storage is not the same as a server account. Clearing site data can remove local UI/cache state. Network providers may still process ordinary connection metadata when resources are requested.
5. Service providers and data destinations
| Provider / category | Current role | Information that may pass through it |
|---|---|---|
| Cloud backend / API infrastructure provider(s) | Host and operate the current M.A.I.C. backend and public-state API. | API requests and ordinary infrastructure/network logs; protected requests when authorized. |
| Form-processing / workflow provider(s) | Receive and process the current access-review form submission. | The review form fields described above. |
| Domain, CDN, and web-hosting provider(s) | Serve public site files, route requests, and protect web delivery. | Ordinary request, security, and network logs depending on infrastructure configuration. |
Specific vendors and hosting architecture may change without changing the purposes described above. Material changes to personal-data handling, recipient categories, or transfer practices will be reflected in this Policy.
6. Retention
A fixed production retention schedule has not yet been finalized. During development, review submissions and relevant operational/security records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the request, maintain continuity, resolve abuse/security issues, or meet applicable legal obligations. Before general paid launch, Alpha Crypto Intelligence should publish a defined retention schedule and deletion workflow.
Browser-local cache persists according to the code/browser lifecycle and can generally be removed by clearing site data.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to be informed about processing and to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or other remedies. Indonesian data-protection law, for example, provides rights including information, access, correction, deletion/termination, withdrawal of consent, and other protections subject to statutory conditions.
To exercise a privacy right during the development stage, use the main landing-page review/contact form, start the message with PRIVACY REQUEST, and state the right you want to exercise. We may need enough information to verify that the request concerns you. Do not send additional sensitive credentials.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the development-stage service, including separation of public and protected backend surfaces and server-side access controls for protected information. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a material personal-data incident occurs, notification and remediation obligations will be handled according to applicable law.
9. Cross-border processing
Because the Service can use international cloud infrastructure, information may be processed outside your country. Before commercial launch, the operator should document the relevant hosting locations, processors, and any transfer mechanism required by applicable law.
10. Children and protected access
The access-review and future commercial/protected services are not designed to solicit children’s personal data. If you do not have the legal capacity required for a protected or commercial agreement in your jurisdiction, do not submit a paid/protected access request without the legally required authorization. Public research remains subject to applicable law.
11. Changes to this Policy
We will revise this Policy when data flows materially change, including when account/login, payment, A.N.I.M.A., institutional mandate, additional analytics, new processors, or execution-related systems are introduced. The effective date and version above identify the policy acknowledged by the current review form.
12. Privacy contact
For a privacy request, use the access/review form on the main landing page and begin the message with PRIVACY REQUEST.
13. Language
The English and Indonesian versions are intended to communicate the same temporary policy. A controlling-language clause, if needed, will be specified before commercial launch.
