LEGAL · CURRENT SERVICE TERMS
Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of the public M.A.I.C. research surfaces and any development-stage protected access made available by Alpha Crypto Intelligence. They are intentionally narrower than future commercial terms because accounts, billing, institutional mandate execution, and other planned capabilities are not yet generally launched.
1. What the Service is
M.A.I.C. is presented as a crypto-native capital operating and governance environment. Public surfaces may include market posture, evidence, masked topology, historical replay, research pages, decision architecture, and explanatory material. Protected or future surfaces may include portfolio construction, protected inference, asset selection, deeper reconstruction, Intelligence Relay, mandate-specific governance, and integrations.
M.A.I.C. authorization is a governance state within the M.A.I.C. software. It can classify routes inside the Service as permitted, constrained, delayed, or denied, but it does not create legal authority over a user, control an external account, or move funds. A.N.I.M.A. is a separate planned intelligence/interpretation environment. Physical execution remains outside the current Service.
2. Research, personalization, and execution boundary
The Service is not offered as an exchange, broker, custodian, wallet, order-routing venue, discretionary portfolio manager, or autonomous execution system. Public research and software outputs describe model-derived market states, portfolio-risk references, model-reference portfolio structures, and system classifications; they do not control an external account and are not a promise of profit or certainty. You remain responsible for your own investment, trading, tax, legal, custody, and execution decisions.
Current personalization boundary. The current Service does not ask for or use an individual's income, net worth, savings, financial goals, investment horizon, risk tolerance, holdings, or similar personal financial circumstances to generate user-specific portfolio instructions. Market posture, allocation references, and asset classifications are model outputs applied from the same governed system state, not individualized portfolio directions. Any future feature that materially changes this boundary requires separate product, terms, and legal review before launch.
Cryptoassets can experience severe volatility, illiquidity, market-structure failures, protocol failures, regulatory change, and permanent loss. Do not treat a directive, model probability, scenario, historical analogue, allocation framework, or protected output as a guarantee.
3. Access architecture
Class 01 · Public Research
Public Research may be accessed without a protected terminal credential and is intended to expose public posture, evidence, masked topology, and other public-safe information.
Class 02-04
Higher classes are controlled access layers. Access may require review, credentials, future account/subscription infrastructure, or a separate mandate. Access descriptions and displayed prices communicate product architecture; they do not themselves create a subscription, entitlement, payment obligation, or guarantee that access will be granted.
Submitting an access-review form is only a request for review. Until a checkout or written commercial agreement is actually presented and accepted, the review form does not charge you or create recurring billing.
4. Models, evidence, replay, and limitations
M.A.I.C. may use models, rules, market data, historical datasets, simulations, backtests, walk-forward tests, scenario analysis, and human-designed governance constraints. Historical results and model diagnostics can be incomplete, revised, degraded, or affected by data quality and methodology.
- Historical replay is accountability/context memory, not future permission.
- Backtests and simulated outcomes are not live performance and may omit real-world frictions.
- Probabilities and scenarios are not prophecies.
- Unavailable or degraded evidence may constrain output.
- Protected implementation details, thresholds, ranking, and routing logic may remain proprietary.
5. Acceptable use
You may browse and index public pages through ordinary browsers and standard search-engine crawlers. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, use another person’s protected credential without authorization, probe protected endpoints for unauthorized data, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, or use the Service unlawfully. Bulk extraction of protected data or attempts to reconstruct protected implementation through unauthorized access are prohibited to the extent permitted by law.
6. Intellectual property and public research
Unless stated otherwise, the M.A.I.C. name, product presentation, original copy, visual systems, software, non-public datasets, protected implementation, and proprietary decision architecture remain owned or controlled by Alpha Crypto Intelligence or the relevant rights holder. Public availability does not place protected implementation in the public domain.
Search engines and users may link to public pages. Quotation, commentary, and research remain subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
7. Availability and changes
The Service is under active development. Features can be added, removed, renamed, degraded, rate-limited, moved between public and protected surfaces, or temporarily unavailable. We may correct erroneous public state or evidence when source data or software defects are discovered, while historical/audit records may separately preserve prior governed states where designed to do so.
8. Third-party services
The current site can rely on third-party hosting, network, data, or form-processing infrastructure. Third-party services may have their own terms, availability, and privacy practices. Alpha Crypto Intelligence does not control external services merely because the Service connects to them.
9. Risk allocation; no warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the development-stage Service is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that data, models, pages, endpoints, or outputs will always be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You are responsible for independently evaluating material decisions and for maintaining appropriate security over any development credential provided to you.
10. Eligibility
You may use public research where lawful. Protected or future paid access is intended for users who have the legal capacity required to enter the relevant agreement in their jurisdiction. Additional eligibility or institutional requirements may be introduced before commercial launch.
11. Current scope, governing terms, and revisions
These Terms apply to the service currently made available. Billing/cancellation rules, institutional contracting terms, and any governing-law/forum provision for a separate commercial service will be stated when that service is offered. Applicable mandatory law is not displaced by these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the product architecture changes. The effective date and version shown above identify the version presented with the current review form.
12. Contact
For a legal or Terms-related request, use the access/review form on the main landing page and begin the message with LEGAL. Do not submit wallet seeds, private keys, passwords, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
13. Language
The English and Indonesian versions are intended to communicate the same policy. No separate rights are intended to arise from translation differences. Any controlling-language clause applicable to a separate commercial agreement will be stated in that agreement.
